1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Turftime (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are created as a Customer, Venue Owner or Trainer, and available features depend on the role.

3. Bookings and payments

• Turftime lets you book courts, trainers and events offered by independent venue owners and trainers.
• Selected slots are held temporarily while you pay. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Prices are shown in INR and are set by the venue owner or trainer. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Venue owners and trainers

Venue owners and trainers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, availability, pricing, safety of facilities and honouring confirmed bookings. Turftime is a marketplace and is not the operator of the venues.

5. User conduct

• Do not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
• Treat other players, venue staff and trainers respectfully, including in chat, games and squads.
• Follow the rules of each venue and use facilities responsibly. You are liable for damage you cause.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, including reviews.

6. Assumption of risk

Sports involve physical risk. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your fitness and safety. To the extent permitted by law, Turftime is not liable for injuries or loss of property at venues.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Turftime is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of venue owners, trainers or other users. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
