Turftime ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, role and password (stored hashed).
• Profile and activity: player profile, sports preferences, squads, games, events, reviews, favourites and chat messages.
• Booking and payment data: bookings, amounts and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.
• Location: the city or location you choose, used to show nearby venues.
• Technical data: device, browser and log information for security and diagnostics.

3. How we use your information

• To create your account, process bookings and payments, and issue refunds.
• To send booking confirmations and notifications (you can turn off email notifications in your profile).
• To let you connect with other players, squads, trainers and venues.
• To improve the Platform, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with:

• Venue owners and trainers you book with (for example your name and booking details).
• Payment gateway providers to process payments and refunds.
• Service providers such as email delivery and hosting, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when required by law.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your details from your profile. You may request correction or deletion of your account and data by contacting us through the Help Center, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your location choice. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

8. Children

Turftime is not intended for children under 13. Minors should use the Platform with a parent or guardian's supervision.

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
